Stressed?






I'm sure we can all relate to feeling like we're loosing our identities due to stress at one point or another, why do we simply accept the impact stress has on our well being? 

We can not always remove the triggers that cause us to stress from our lives but we can develop our ability to lower the impact it has on us!  
Ultimately it is a choice.  It is not always the easiest or simplest choice to make but it is up to each and every one of us to decide how much is too much.

Our bodies can do amazing things with very little.
 Your body does not demand a mansion, a super car or a 10 figure bank balance to perform the essentials functions that keep us alive.

Feeding your body with nutritious food provides fuel to your organs
Breathing supplies Oxygen to generate cellular energy

Two simple basic needs that we give our body every day, these basics give us the ability to exercise and physical exercise is a great stress relief tool!

So next time the big S word is controlling your thoughts take a step back, a deep breath in and go for a walk, run around the block or even hit the stairs if you can leave the office, you can change the way stress impacts on your life, recognize the signs and get moving
